• Standard UK delivery is free, Next Day delivery is £10 for products where this service is available. Please contact us to enquire about ordering a product on a next day delivery.
• All UK orders will be delivered within 5 working days (standard delivery) unless a next day service is available.
• Delivery to EU countries is £15 and delivery time is 5-10 days.
• Delivery to the US, Canada and South America is £15 and delivery time is 7-14 days.
• We will acknowledge receipt of your order via email and keep you updated of your order's progress.

Returns

• We will exchange or refund any item providing it is returned and arrives back with us within 14 days of you receiving your order, and providing you return the item in a saleable condition with all original tags attached and in its original undamaged packaging.
• We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of delivery. We advise you to obtain a tracking number and insurance for the value of the goods.

Christmas Returns

Items purchased after the 15th November 2019 can be returned in the New Year for exchange or refund providing we receive the return by no later than the 17th January 2020. You must ensure that the item(s) you are returning is in an unused and saleable condition with all original tags/labels attached.
