Returns Policy

 

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the products you order from us so in the event that you are not completely satisfied we will exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, providing you return the item in a saleable condition with all original tags attached and in its original undamaged packaging.

If you have lost, misplaced or did not receive your Returns & Exchange form, don’t worry you can download and print another one by clicking here.

To arrange an exchange or refund simply follow the steps below.

 

EXCHANGES

1. Complete the Return & Exchange form, which came with your order, within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you didn't receive, have misplaced or lost your Return & Exchange form you can download and print another by clicking here.

2. Please choose the correct reason code so that we can fully understand the reason for the return and where possible improve our service.

3. Ensure that the item(s) you are returning is in an unused and saleable condition with all original tags/labels attached and securely packed in original undamaged packaging.

4. Send the item(s) back to us at the address below, preferably by recorded delivery. Please ensure you request and retain a proof of postage receipt for your returned goods. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us. A return label can be found on the Return & Exchange form which you can cut out and tape to the outside of the box for your convenience.

5. Once the original items arrive at our warehouse and have been inspected the exchange items will be sent out to you within 2 working days. Any item received not in a saleable condition will be returned to you and the exchange will not be processed. This does not affect you right to return faulty goods.

 

EXPRESS EXCHANGES

If you need a replacement item sent out before the item to be exchanged has been received back into our warehouse, we will charge the cost of the replacement item to your chosen payment card. Once we have received your originally ordered item we will process your refund.

1. Place a new order online.

2. Complete the Return & Exchange form, which came with your order, within 28 working days of receipt of your order. If you have misplaced or lost your Exchange and Return form you can download and print another by clicking here.

3. Please choose the correct reason code so that we can fully understand the reason for the return and where possible improve our service.

4. Ensure that the item(s) you are returning is in an unused and saleable condition with all original tags/labels attached and securely packed in original undamaged packaging.

5. Send the item(s) back to us at the address below, preferably by recorded delivery. Please ensure you request and retain a proof of postage receipt for your returned goods. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us. A return label can be found on the Return & Exchange form which you can cut out and tape to the outside of the box for your convenience.

6. We dispatch the new item(s) the same day, providing you ordered the exchange before 1pm otherwise we will dispatch the item(s) the next working day. You pay for the exchange item(s) and if required any Next Working Day delivery (an extra £10.00).

7. When the original item(s) arrives at our warehouse and is inspected we will refund you within 14 days. Style Society reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if any of the above conditions are not adhered to. Any item received not in a saleable condition will be returned to you and the exchange will not be processed. This does not affect you right to return faulty goods.

 

REFUNDS

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order. Notice of contract cancellation under the DSRs must be given in writing to:

For orders cancelled under the DSRs, we will issue you with a full refund including the shipping cost. However, you will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned to:

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you receive you order, by email or post as described above.

To return your item and obtain a full refund please complete the following steps.

1. You must noify us in writing either to the postal address or email address above within 7 working days from the day after you received your order.

3. Please choose the correct reason code so that we can fully understand the reason for the return and where possible improve our service.

4. Ensure that the item(s) you are returning is in an unused and saleable condition with all original tags/labels attached and securely packed in original undamaged packaging.

5. Please ensure that it is returned in the condition in which you received it, otherwise a nominal charge may be levied and we may not be able to process your exchange/return.

6. Send the item(s) back to us at the address below, preferably by recorded delivery. Please ensure you request and retain a proof of postage receipt for your returned goods. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us. A return label can be found on the Return & Exchange form which you can cut out and tape to the outside of the box for your convenience.

8. Please note - refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from STYLE SOCIETY LTD.
